The Oakleigh Venture Revolving Fund (OVRF) is dedicated to the preservation of Mobile ’s Historic Neighborhoods. The OVRF is a non-profit organization that was established by the Mobile Historic Development Commission in 2001. Although the OVRF has its roots in the Oakleigh Garden District, our goal is to preserve the qualities unique to each of Mobile ’s historic Districts through construction of new homes that match the cultural and architectural heritage of the neighborhood and renovation of existing homes.
